Budapest is divided into numbered districts. Most of our apartments are in these central districts, with others in the 2nd, 12th and 13th.

    Castle Hill and the Buda riverside, facing Parliament across the Danube. Quiet and historic.

  • 5th District

    The inner city on the Pest side: Parliament, St Stephen's Basilica and the riverside.

  • 6th District

    Andrássy út, the Opera House and Oktogon. Grand apartment buildings and embassies.

  • 7th District

    The old Jewish Quarter, with cafés, restaurants and the city's liveliest evenings.

  • 8th District

    The Palace Quarter around the National Museum, popular with students.

  • 9th District

    Ráday utca, the Great Market Hall and Corvinus University.

Mostly central Budapest: the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 12th and 13th districts.

Is there an agency fee or deposit?

There is no agency fee. The deposit is one to three months' rent, depending on the contract.
